lovely stay!
warm staff decorated rooms breakfast choice fantastic cheeseburger
the staff was warm and cute! the rooms are well maintained and beautifully decorated! breakfast had lots of choice! i would definitely recommend the cheeseburger, it was fantastic!
There wasn't an elevator. I had to ask for help with my bags.

the hotel is in a very good location for accessing many neighborhoods! it is a short walk to the wallace collection museum and even closer to regent's park, providing easy access to culture and nature!

the potting shed restaurant provided very nice food and a lovely setting! the breakfast options were amazing, and the quality of both restaurant and room service was really good! definitely try the porridge.

inconsistent schedule extra charges
the restaurant was convenient. it was nice.
I found the cleaning schedule inconsistent. water was not always replenished in the room during cleaning. I had to request it each time. despite the room being for two guests, only one key was provided. the extra charges levied upon checkout were unexpected and unwelcome.

professional staff beautiful decor quality fittings
I found the staff professional and helpful. They quickly brought a kettle and tray with fine china plus tea, coffee and almond milk to my room. The room decor was beautiful. High-quality fixtures and fittings existed everywhere and the room was clean. Breakfast offered many options.

The hotel benefits from a superb location. Many nice cafes and shops are in Marylebone. The area is both safe and convenient. The building sits a couple of minutes from the tube station.
